ROLE: 100% Remote Technical Recruiter

Important: This role is 100% remote / WFH. You will not be asked to go to the office.

Experience Required - 1 to 3 years.

Here is what you will do when you join us:

·       *Please note that the role below is not like the role of IT recruiter for the domestic market. You will need to learn how to deliver quality vs quantity.

·       You will be recruiting and calling IT candidates from 20+ European Countries.

·       You will focus on Relationship building and deliver high-quality expert advice.

·       Perform the tasks as IT Recruiters and ensure the timely delivery of client requests.

·       You will be working with IT Candidates in 20+ European Countries ( like Italy, France, Netherlands, etc).

·       You will take Zoom calls and be an adviser to IT professionals about joining projects on a Contract basis, not permanent employment.

·       You will work for the largest European institutions, which are 3rd largest in the world.

Just imagine your day: You start off with an online meeting with your team. Later, you are speaking with an IT architect in Spain to discuss a project for Italy. An hour later, you give a

short presentation to a Candidate from Paris discussing the project in Belgium.

You close your day by delivering your report to your manager and achieving your daily targets.
